7/14/2010The 2011 Spring Arts Conference will be held at Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. The college is providing us with budget conscious pricing, centrally located meeting and showcase space within a 25 second walk from the guest rooms, and many meeting options to suit our needs. Dates will be announced shortly.

2010 Fall Booking Meeting
This year’s Block Booking Meeting, to be held at the Atherton Hotel in State College on Monday and Tuesday, November 8 & 9, 2010. This meeting will be inclusive, participatory, practical, and useful for ALL of you, whether you’re a large, small, mid-sized, summer, independent, university, or municipal presenter. At this meeting, the focus is on building networks between presenters based on projects of mutual interest.
