2012 Fall Booking Meeting has been Cancelled - 10/26/2012

Dear Conference Attendee:

After a lengthy discussion with the PA Presenters Board about the impending weather and the information we have this afternoon, we felt that it would be best to cancel the PA Presenters Block Booking conference/meeting next week. People’s safety is just not worth the risk.

A couple of notes:

1. We will be happy to refund your conference fees or use them to be applied to the spring conference at Indiana University of Pennsylvania on June 5-7, 2013, or you could consider a donation to the organization – please contact Cathy Little to us know how you would like to proceed.



2. Don’t forget to cancel your hotel reservation immediately. The Atherton Hotel will not automatically cancel the reservation due to the cancellation of the conference. The Atherton’s number is 1-800-832-0132.



3. The board will be conference calling on Monday, October 29 to strategize possible technological alternatives as we will not be rescheduling this fall conference.



Thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility. We are sorry we won’t see you next week, but we hope to see you in June.
